Under your State Supervisors direction, the Precision Team recorded all cross connects within the system and during the throw last night, discovered that the DNP had left three cross connects out of their provisioning. If your State Supervisor would not have instructed his team to take the initial step and to double check them before the throw, we would have experienced outages on three circuits. Upon recognition of this issue, the team provisioned the cross connects themselves and averted customer outages.
