I am writing to commend one of your service technicians for the excellent service he provided in restoring my internet service. He was pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable. I am SO appreciative of the immediate and competent response from your office.

Under your State Supervisors direction, the Precision Team recorded all cross connects within the system and during the throw last night, discovered that the DNP had left three cross connects out of their provisioning. If your State Supervisor would not have instructed his team to take the initial step and to double check them before the throw, we would have experienced outages on three circuits.
